Special Project: Hot Tub Heating

Project Description

The client is a property management firm for blue mountain resorts that came to us to heat the area around the hot tub of one of their five star hotel properties. The health and safety concerns of their guests slipping and falling during the winter months was a priority for the client. The job required the removal and replacement of the existing Unistone and the installation of the heating system to an area approximately 5 feet ride, circling the tub then on a path leading to the entrance way. The Unistone was in very good condition and our careful handling enabled us to replace the pathway with the original stone, which enabled our client to save some money on the job. The client was quite pleased with the job that added safety assurance to the company, but was also an enticing feature of a winter spa to its guests. We continue to maintain a great working relationship with the client and are called upon for many jobs on their resorts.
