Ramp Crack Sealing
Residential Condominium, Knightsbridge

Project Description

The client was looking to have the cracks in their ramp sealed to protect the pre-existing and newer heating cables from the detriments of salt and water. We successfully sealed the large cracks with hot-pour rubber then sealed the entire ramp with RRT (Rubber Ramp Treatment) to help prevent water and salt ingress. The benefits of the RRT application is that it enhances the appearance of the ramp, protects the heating cables from salt and water damage and prevents the concrete structure underneath from deterioration. The entire process took two days, and the client was very pleased to have the ramp protected and looking new again.
